Chocolate Raspberry Protein Oatmeal


I've been eating this on repeat lately! With 20g of protein per serving and healthy whole grain carbs, this has been keeping me so full and satisfied, with the chocolate flavor making it feel super decadent.


For protein powder, I love using Pure Paleo's chocolate protein powder, which really gives the oatmeal a lot of sweet, chocolatey flavor similar to how a whey protein does (without adding dairy), but if you're vegan then simply swap with a vegan protein powder option that you love.


Serves 1

1/3 c. quick cooking oats (I love Coach's Oats)

1 c. water

1/2 serving chocolate protein powder (I love Pure Paleo by Designs for Health)

1 scoop unflavored collagen peptides (omit if you are vegan)

1 tbsp acacia fiber powder (I love the one from Now Foods)

1/2 c. fresh raspberries

Cinnamon


In a small saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add oats, and reduce heat to a medium boil. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and mix in the protein powder, collagen, and acacia fiber until well combined. Top with fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
